16870160 ) with our registered office at 200 Carlton Road PE218NF. These Terms and Conditions apply to all our services, website use, form submissions, demos, consultations, and any agreements.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website, submitting a form, booking a demo, or engaging our services (e.g., lead systems, quick-reply tools, onboarding), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms—continued use means acceptance. Check this page for changes.

2. Our Services
We offer advice, systems, tools, and support to help trade businesses (mainly kitchen remodelers) get more jobs through faster lead responses, better conversion, and revenue growth. Services may include: onboarding to our lead/reply systems, tips/offers via email/text, demos, and related consultancy.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care, but results (e.g., number of jobs/leads) depend on many factors—we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, sales, or revenue increases.

3. Eligibility and Onboarding
Our services are for UK-based trade businesses only (B2B). We selectively onboard limited spots (e.g., only 3 at a time) to ensure quality. We may refuse or end onboarding at our discretion. You confirm you have authority to agree on behalf of your business.

4. Payment Terms
Fees (if any) are as agreed in writing (e.g., email confirmation, proposal, or onboarding details). Invoices are due within [e.g., 14 or 30] days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may suspend services for non-payment.
No refunds unless explicitly agreed (services are bespoke and non-refundable in most cases).

5. Your Responsibilities
You must: Provide accurate information. Use our services lawfully (e.g., comply with UK GDPR/PECR for your own marketing). Not misuse our tips/systems (e.g., spam, illegal activity).
We are not liable for your use of any advice or tools.

6. Intellectual Property
All our materials, systems, tips, content, and tools remain our property (or licensed to us). You get a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them for your business only during our engagement. You may not copy, sell, or share them.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption, lost leads/jobs). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 12 months (or £500 if no fees paid).
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or illegal acts.

8. Termination
We may end services anytime with notice (or immediately for breach, non-payment, or misuse).
You may stop using our free resources anytime; paid services end as per agreement.
On termination, you must stop using our materials.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business info shared. This survives termination.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond control (e.g., internet issues, strikes, pandemics).

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms (plus any written agreement/email confirmation) are the full deal—no other promises apply.

14. Appointment Reminder SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Trade Lead Solutions Ltd, you agree to receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts related to our services, including lead generation tools, demos, consultations, onboarding, quick-reply systems, and related support for your trade business.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code or toll-free number. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages), reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at [email protected] or our toll-free number.

We and our carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You will receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

General Terms

We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on the use of the SMS program at any time. We will post revised terms on our website, and by continuing to use or receive messages after changes are posted, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Intellectual Property Rights
Our SMS content, templates, and related materials are the property of Trade Lead Solutions Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are permitted to use them only for your personal, non-commercial receipt of appointment reminders during our engagement.
